1440p IPS G-sync 144+HZ display dilemma.

I have been looking at the AOC solution, the AOC - AG271QG. I have also been looking at the monitors by asus and acer, but I don't see why they cost so much more than the AOC one. Anything I should be aware of before I choose one of these?

what cpu/gpu do you have?
AOC does not have as good quality as the other two brands is my understanding.

From what I have read, they have the same panels, i dont know if that is true or not.
I am pairing this with a TR 1950x, and will have the top-end next gen Nvidia Card when it releases.
