1440p Monitor, at least 100hz, cheap as possible

I am looking for a cheap 2k 100hz or more monitor. Don't have a certain price range just wanted to get a general idea of how cheap they could be.

AMD or nVidia gpu? Those $400 27" have freesync (AMD). The $400 24" has gsync (nvidia).

If you could stretch budget to $500 you can get the 27" Dell S2716DG with 144hz and gsync.
