1440p Monitor - Recommendations?

I don’t plan on playing competitive games often, so I was thinking 1440p/60hz IPS display over 1440p/144hz. Advice/Suggestions please?

My new screen is Super Sweet.

32", 1440p, 75Hz, Freesync.
The VA panel picture is very good, I am an Artist first + Gamer second.
TBH it seems like HP took one of their nicer pro screens and tweaked it a bit to be more "gamer".
A refresh of 75Hz is a bigger difference to 60Hz than most people think.
This monitor is so resistant to screen tearing it seems like Freesync is on even with an Nvidia card.
