1440p vs 21:9

Hi. Currently looking to buy a new moniter, however i am stuck between a 34" 21:9 monitor with a resolution of 2560x1080 (http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=558_1213&products_id=27595&zenid=aba8d197fc49db24c29007c9d89b6671) and a 32" with a resolution of 2560x1440 (http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=558_1213&products_id=29005&zenid=aba8d197fc49db24c29007c9d89b6671). I will be using the monitor for gaming and movies. I'd like to mention that my pc is running an R7 265. Reccomendations would be helpful. Cheers

Thanks for the reply. See im currently using a 32" TV for my setup, however its resolutions a crappy 1360x768. Problem is i dont want to go any smaller since i use it to watch movies at a distance and I cant find a 32"+ screen with a resolution of 1080p.

Would it just be cheaper to buy a 32 inch tv?
