Hi I have my very first build (budget) gaming PC

specs:

Intel core i3-4130 3.4ghz
Asus GTX 650 1GB gddr5 1078Mhz
Kingston 1333mhz 2x2GB

My question if this is enough for my screen resolution 1400x900?

Im a casual gamer that loves to play in mid-high settings.
