144hz 4;3 1280x960 monitors but with full HD

I want to know if there are cheap monitors which has 1080p screen but also lower resolution have higher refresh rate.

Eg currently i am using super old monitor AOC 716Sw
It is 1280 x 720 at 60hz
but its 800 x 600 is 75hz.

So i am looking for monitor which has 1920x1080p at 60hz

but lower resolutions at 144 hz
Also require atleast 24 inch,
can you link me the cheapest you guys can find?
