[SOLVED] 144Hz and G sync problem

hi i just bought LG 34UC79G-B 34'' LED IPS
its comeing with g sync , i had to cus of my laptop zepyhrus M thats comeing with gtx 1070 thats supports 144 hz to . so the question is how do i connect my laptop this this monitor . the laptop got only hdmi imput and thunderbolt 3 . i wann to run the 144hz . what is my options with hdmi adpator and with DP adaptor . i cant find the right cable that will work for me . stock on the 60 hz :/

USB-C to Displayport cable should do the trick. Plug it into the Thunderbolt 3 port on your laptop.

how about this one ? just to be 100% sure it work with no prob's . ?
btw the thunderbolt you talking about is type c isn't there a difference between them ?

Sure, that one should work too, not sure what difference you see that makes you want to pay twice as much though.

USB-C is just the physical connector/port. Thunderbolt 3 uses the same connector, but not all USB-C ports support Thunderbolt.

that's the reson i wannn to pay double just to get this ones and that's it lol each time you order it takes it least 3 weeks to arrive for my case anyway ... thank for the answer buddy !!
