144hz displaying 60hz

i bought an 144hz freesync monitor (aoc g2460pf) and the monitor only displays 60hz even tho i have it connected with a dp the monitor in the settings itselft is saying im using 60hz frequency anyone can help me? what did i do wrong

Change refresh rate in driver settings.

i went to windows settings and changed it to 144 thank you brother
