I am planning to make a editing workstation. Would 144Hz be more fitting than a 60Hz?

EDIT: Also should I take into account the millisecond response time of a monitor?

Solution
Most videos are encoded at closer to 30 fps, even less with frame blending, so a 60fps monitor is more than enough.
Response time is also largely meaningless. Any recent monitor will be fine.

Colour accuracy IS however very important, and thats where (calibrated) IPS panels shine.
