Question 144Hz FreeSync worth it with lower FPS?

^ I can constantly get from 100-150 fps while playing games on my RX570. Is getting a 144Hz monitor with FreeSync worth it?

If you currently have 60Hz you will see a big improvement with 144Hz FreeSync.
