Question 144hz laptop but capped at 60hz

so recently i got the Asus TUF FX505GE-BQ149T and when i got it setup everything was working perfectly except from when i tried setting the hertz up to 144hz i cant change anything about it in the geforce expierience control panel nor can i change it in display settings or Intel Graphics control panel

All help will be appriciated

I think laptops ship with the correct refreshrate, test with testufo. If it shows 60 fps try manually overclocking the display in nvidia control panel
