144hz monitor 'AOC'

Wanting to buy a 144hz monitor. I suppose they offer a small edge over the 120hz?

Could you guys offer some advise on this monitor: (I'm in the UK and this seems cheapest while having 1ms speed and 144hz)

Also confusing because in the title it says speakers, yet there's a red cross next to the specification for speakers.

It's a great monitor, although I wouldn't use its inbuilt speakers even if it does have them. 😛
