144hz monitor but only says 120hz available

My monitor is the dell S2419HGF https://www.dell.com/en-au/shop/dell-24-gaming-monitor-s2419hgf/apd/210-aqog/monitors-monitor-accessories?ref=p13n_ena_pdp_vv&c=au&cs=audhs1&l=en&s=dhs
My current gpu is the Rx 580x and when I try to set my monitor to 144hz the max refresh rate that comes up is 120hz. I have the latest Amd drivers and I'm using a display port as well. Thanks for the help guys.

Thankyou Glenwing I changed my custom resolution to CVT reduced blank and 144hz and it worked like a charm!
