I just built a new rig, the specs are:
Ryzen 5 2600 (stock 3.4ghz)
8GB 3000mhz ram,
Rx570 4gb
550W psu
240b ssd
AOC C24G1 1920x1080 144hz

So basically everything is running fine and everything looks smooth when I play it such as apex legends and csgo, but when playing league of legends the camera and character movement looks like it is lagging behind a bit or it is stuttering. And when freesync is enabled the screen flickers a bit, but it is a bit smoother. I used to have a 75hz monitor and it looked flawless when playing league. I thought it would be better to go with a higher refresh rate but for league at the moment its something that makes the game unplayable for me. Thoughts?

vsync is off?
Framerate is uncapped or capped ingame?
Set the details to minimum and try again, try 1280x720 with 144Hz

How much fps are you getting ingame?

Did you reinstall windows after changing the hardware?

Set it to 75Hz or something lower than 100Hz

vsync is off, framerate is uncapped. I'm usually hitting 130 - 150fps. Tried setting to lower refresh rate flickering became more obvious went down to 720 resolution game did feel alot smoother but it looks like ass.

How did you connect the monitor to your RX570? DVI, HDMI, DP? DP would be the optimum I think

Did you try different settings via the OSD of the monitor? Like gaming mode or similar

check your SSD with its manufacturer tool, eventually update the firmware if available

I have a 144hz monitor but in alot of my games the display looks like its stuttering like having a low framerate, but my fps is fine could it be that my hardware is just not good enough for the display?

I tried lowering the hertz but it feels laggy the lower I go.

At the moment I play league of legends and Apex legends however when i do the game play sometimes looks choppy, as if its stuttering a bit. The stuttering is pretty constant in league of legends (the camera isn't smooth and it gets choppier when fights get crowded) Apex is actually smooth the majority of the time like 90% but it sometimes stutters aswell like im getting low fps. In both games my fps stays high (around 130-140 for LOL, and over 100 for apex) and usually never dips. I have tried all variations with the monitors refresh rate, enabling vsync and freesync, I've tried both display port and hdmi, and also changing resolution but nothing changes.
looking for help as im not sure whats going on and the issue makes league at least unplayable for me.

When i play league of legends the game isnt smooth, it feels like the camera is jittery but the actual in game movement and abilities are smooth, i sometimes run into this problem in apex legends but it is definitely not as noticeable.
