144HZ Monitor For CS:GO

Hello , i'm a CS:GO player and i currently have a 60hz monitor. If I would buy a 144hz will increase my game , and i will not have lag ? Is the XL2411Z a good choice ?
My current monitor : Asus VX229H
Budget : $380
