HI.
Been using 60hz all my life and thinking to replace it with a 144hz one but can't seem to decide between Benq's xl 2411p which is priced at 241$
& Acer KG241QP priced at 192$ in my country.
Now, I have the option of getting the Benq one ( used 6 months old) for 125$ and the Acer one for ~100$
The Acer one has freesync while Benq doesn't. However, BenQ one seems to have a better panel (both are TN) with Black Equaliser & overall better make.
[EDIT] - The Acer one has 144hz over HDMI as it has HDMI 2.0
[EDIT]- BenQ xl2411 P also has HDMI 2, unlike the non-P variant.
What do you guys recommend?
Cpu - 9600k @ 4.2ghz
Gpu- 1060 6gb.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, GTX1060 (any GTX10xx or newer) can run variable refresh on a FreeSync display as long as it's connected via Display Port. That's been possible since January 2019.

since you have a gtx 1060 free sync isnt really beneficial for your gpu unless you have an amd card. i recommend you get the benq one as it also has a better panel.

Looking towards upgrading the GPU to 2060/2070 in 1-2 months or whenever 1060 no longer runs 1080p games @ High/Ultra at 60fps :D
