144hz monitor recommended

so i though about buying a 144hz monitor and i would be glad if you could help me find the right one.
i am using r9 390 graphic card so it has to be with amd freesync i beleive currect me if i am wrong

i am from israel i normaly play on 1080p i am looking to buy its from other country like united states because the prices of these monitors are realy high here for no reason

i am playing player unknown, overwatch , csgo the budget is probably around 250-300$ max but i want a decent monitor i am not searching to paying for something too fancy because of his name something that will do the work
