144hz Monitor with freesync

Hey I'm thinking of buying AOC G2460PF monitor but i seen freesync on and i have nvidia graphics card so my question is will i be still able to run it on 144hz without freesync?

The AOC G2460FQ is fake 144hz, it skips anything extra over 60fps, I don't know about their other monitors but I really wouldn't trust them with 144hz now. (I know it's a different model but I don't trust the company anymore)
Maybe you'd like to look into the BenQ XL2411Z, it's very good, slightly more pricey though.
