What monitor should i buy between those options , for gaming and budget price.
Monitor 24" ASUS VG248QG, 144Hz, 1ms
Monitor 24" AOC C24G1, 144Hz, 1ms
Monitor 23.8" AOC 24G2U, 144Hz, 1ms,
Monitor 24" DELL S2421HGF, 144Hz, 1ms,

Solution
Whatever's cheapest.

You're basically asking us now whether you should buy Octane 87 from Tesoro, Costco, Holiday, or Shell.

They're all the same and does the same. The only stuff in between are profiles, contrast ratios, and other mumbo-jumbos that are most of the time untouched.

Solution
They are not the same as EridanusSV wrote.

I would buy Monitor 23.8" AOC 24G2U as it has an IPS screen. It is the only IPS screen, and for me IPS is a must, as I see all other models have TN screen, and one of them has curved screen. I also use the monitor for business, so I don't like curved screens.

If it is possible in your location, you must check the monitors and decide if you want a IPS model or not.

He did say for gaming and budget price. All of those can game but one's the cheapest hence the budget price. OP didn't have anything else listed as a 'requirement' or wanted feature.
