[SOLVED] 144Hz on Macbook Pro

Hi, my pc just broke down and I wanted to play with my Macbook Pro M1 13" 2020 using my 144hz monitor acer GN246hl which does not have display port.
I watched some tutorials on youtube but none of them gave me the solution for a monitor that does not have DP.
Is there any cable or dongle or anything really that will make me able to play in 144hz using my mac?
