Question 144hz or 75hz on gtx 960?

Hello, I wa s deciding whether on buying a monitor, do I go with nvision ip240 for around 6000 pesos (115 dollars) or do I go with Bezel 24M241F for 7000pesos (135 dollars) I am planning to play csgo and fortnite I, and what do I buy? Gtx 960? Or rx570? I am on a budget and if you recommend me a cheaper solution to this problem it will be appreciated, Thank you!!

By the way, the nvision is 1080p 24 inches 75hz ips panel 5ms while the Bezel is 3ms 144hz 1080p amva panel also 24 inches
