144hz or Ultrawide?

I have a dual monitor setup right now on 2 Asus VS247 60Hz 1080p monitors. I do gaming and music production equally. Im wanting a monitor upgrade and wanna save some space on my desk. Im planning on selling my 2 monitors to put towards something more high end. I cant decide between something like a single 27" 144Hz gaming monitor or an Ultrawide curved monitor for production at 60Hz. Any advice on which would deliver the better experience in a single monitor setup?

Get a nice 2k 144htz (with g sync, if you can.) Not all games support ultra wide either.
