144Hz TN or 60Hz IPS, or keep the old one?

Hello!

I can't decide if i should buy a 144Hz TN monitor or 60 Hz IPS or is it even worth to change monitor.
At the moment i am using Samsung syncmaster P2470H, is it such a big difference between that and 144Hz monitor?

The monitors i've been looking at:

I mostly play League of legends, secondly most i play some fps games like battlefield 4 and call of duty ghost.

if you buy 144 Hz monitor you should have two or three cross fire/SLI cards for stable 60+FPS. if you play around 60 (below) then you need 60 Hz monitor.

I will choose this one: http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/9H.LC5LB.RBE because it's 1ms response time and i have Benq monitor and i love the colors in-game.
