15 FPS on benchmarks

I have an i5 cpu and h97-hd3 mobo and graphic card radeon hd 5700. My Fps are 17. Why?
I have install it on pci x16.

You need to provide more info, like on what are you gettint 17 FPS, if those are newer games that's what i'd expect from that card.

I wanted to answer to your post and i press by fault pick solution. Sorry. So, you think that is the graphic card problem? And i need to throw it away and by a new one?! Also on my laptop i have amd radeon hd 7600m series and it is 13-10 FPS and i said to my self is laptop of 2013 model whats going on here.! 😉

i did 3d tests and it starts with first test, then doing the second one, then the third and then is going too slow and image and sound freezes and you here a bit of noise looping very fast and then reboot by button. )))

I had a feeling that would happen. Your gpu doesn't have enough power to run it. I would recommend the GTX 750ti 2GB as a replacement. It's $100.

Nope, that card already strugles with a lot of newer games, you need a new video card.
