Its a pretty nice setup, my only 'concern' is why the lack of an SSD. I know AU is pretty expensive stuff, but I would try to slap on an ssd.

Edit: a bit cheaper on the motherboard and PSU, but with a gtx 970. Also get at least 1600 MHz ram, this 1866 is good and well priced for cas 9.
