Approximate Purchase Date: Hopefully within 48 hours, or be the end of the week

Budget Range: $1500-1700 AUD before shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: It will be used mainly to play CS:GO, Skyrim, Cyberpunk 2077 and watch movies

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: The Case and all internal components (I already have mouse/keyboard and a monitor

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I only use pccasegear and mwave, but any Australian based websites will do though

Location: City, State/Region, Country - Cairns, Queensland, Australia

Parts Preferences: by brand or type: I'd prefer an AMD build as i believe they are better value for money. I'm not too fussed about brands, but in the past i've had great experiences with Corsair and Ttake parts

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080p 144Hz

Additional Comments: Need to have a window and lots of LED lighting (strips, cooling, fans etc). This case or one like it is preferred as well.

I've gone very slightly over your budget, but I noted you said you loved Corsair and you could get a Corsair CXM PSU 650w for $35 less if it's an issue:
