For 1080p 144Hz gaming I highly recommend going with RTX2080 over RTX2070. RTX2070 is decent for 60fps+ gaming while RTX2080 can push 100fps+ in majority of titles.

That motherboard comes with onboard WiFi

Initially skip on OS as you can run Windows10 without activation perfectly fine.
