This looks like a bad Cyberpower (or iBuyPower) PC; perhaps Microtel is another boutique vendor? You can do a lot better on your own. Among other things:
1. This unit most likely uses a rather fecal liar-labeled PSU. A GTX560 does NOT need a 700W or greater PSU; it barely needs 500W.
2. An i5-2500K would do as well in games and cost $100 less.
3. Socket 1155 uses dual-channel RAM, not the triple-channel this system specifies.
4. A 19" monitor is probably 1440x900 at best, and is old tech, even if it is LED.

All around, whoever configured this did a half-ass job. Fill in the "How-to-ask-for-new-build-advice" sticky, and I'm sure we can suggest much better configurations for the money.

You forgot to mention that WoW doesn't even require much out of your computer. His specs are overkill for WoW.

...in any case, I don't think it excuses what is basically a build that uses suboptimal parts in order to extract optimal money from less-knowledgeable buyers.
A good WoW machine can be built for a lot less, or a much more competent machine can be built for the same amount.

a good WOW machine can *EASILY* be had for $750 including OS, Keyboard, monitor, speakers. Thats Half what's listed here

Absolutely. A $500 machine can certainly play it, but a $750-$1000 machine can play it quite well.

WoW is simples to run, i have quad core @ 3.0ghz and 6950 with 4gb ddr2 and run it 1920x1080 maxed dx11 with 100+ fps all times.

once you have a dual core or higher at 3+ghz wow is a piece of cake
