[SOLVED] $1500 CDN Video Editing build

Wondering if anyone has the best spec's for a PC build for Video editing & .AI + .PSD graphics, only other thing that seems to slow me down is tons of chrome tabs that seem to hog memory in the Task Manager.

Would be willing to invest another hundred or two if the jump is that much more powerful.
