Ok so after like a month, I've composed all the parts i think would go great for my gaming rig. I want to play games like BF4, Witcher 3 and The Crew on 1080p ultra (or around ultra). I fell good about everything i have so far except the PSU and the MOBO so if i could get any comments on those, that'd be really helpful. Anyway, heres all the parts:

CPU/CPU COOLER:
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

MOBO/RAM/GPU:
Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card

STORAGE/SSD:
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

CASE/CASE FANS/PSU:
Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Rosewill Hyperborea 57.5 CFM 120mm Fan
SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold 650W 80 PLUS GOLD

PERIPHERALS/OS:
Acer H236HLbid 60Hz 23.0" Monitor
Corsair K70 RGB Wired Gaming Keyboard
Razer DeathAdder Chroma Wired Optical Mouse
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

You build looks great except for the mobo.
Depending on your budget for the mobo, get a Z97 from this list: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/#sort=d6&page=1&R=5,4&c=99

The only other "personal prefference" that I would change is the GPU to the Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming version, but that`s just because it was my pick when I was considering all the models available.

Other than that, your build looks great!
You`ll have a nice time playing on it.

i would try to change the motherboard to a z97 one as you can overclock better and tbh everything else is like mine and i am getting very good fps on on the latest games
e.g. shadow of mordo all ultra im getting 75-85 and even jumped to a 100 at a random point

ok sounds great and i found a motherboard called the ASRock Z97 Anniversary, is it good? Anyway whats the difference between the different brands for the gpu?

ASRock Z97 Anniversary is "lower end" mobo.
he difference between them are different configurations, parts quality, and the power phases amount.

In theory, a mobo with more power phases will allow for a much better overclock.
