$1500 Gaming build for next-gen?

Hey guys,

Im building my first gaming pc, and I need to pick out the components.
Btw i will stream games/render videos/edit photos. I will use applications such as vegas pro 12, Photoshop, after effects, gimp, cinema 4d ect. And I will do a lot of multitasking as well.
I would prefer an i7 and 16gb ram. I also need the os within the budget.
I dont mind which brand gpu, mobo, ram ec. they need to be reliable though.
The msi g45 gaming looks nice.

Do I need 850w psu for this build? And will I need a gtx 780 for single monitor 1080p(maybe 1200p) at 60-75hz?
I need to cut down about $30-$40 cause i have to add peripherals as well.
