$1500 Gaming / Streaming Build

So I'm new relatively new to PC gaming, and I make YouTube videos. I'm looking for a build that will be good for gaming, recording, live streaming, video editing, and rendering.

I already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, headset, and case (Corsair 650D). I also get unlimited copies of Windows 7 Pro from school, so I don't need an OS.

My goal is to be able to run MW3, Black Ops 2, and the following Call of Duty release (MW4?) at 120 FPS on max settings.

I looked up some benchmarks for MW3 and found this page, implying that there isn't much difference between a GTX 670 and a GTX 680.

I have $1700 to spend, but I'd like to keep it around $1500 including tax. I'm also in Canada, so I usually get parts from newegg.ca, canadacomputers.com, or ncix.com.

So I need:
CPU (probably i7 3770k, since I need to be able to run games while recording/streaming.)
CPU cooler (not much experience here)
Motherboard
GPU
SSD (120 GB, leaning towards Intel 520)
HDD (2 TB for video storage, considering WD green)
RAM
PSU (maybe powerful enough for SLI if I ever need it)
I have an Astro MixAmp, so I don't think I need a sound card.
I also have an AVerMedia capture card which I use for streaming.
Finally, I'm going for a black/blue colour scheme.

i7 really doesnt do much for streaming(its more for video editing and photoshop or more professional kind of work)

i will be right back with a build

also if you are planning on 120 FPS then you need to make sure your monitor is a 120Hz

and unless you plan on running 3D i also suggest trying out 7970 GHz, it is completely awesome and it's just as good as a 680 and has more room for OC

i am also building something similiar to you and for similiar uses. youtube, streaming and gaming. hopefully i will get some answers from this thread aswell

This build is very cost efficient and in no way going cheap on any of the parts as these are all very good quality items

i have left an extra bit of space so you can do things like add another card(yes prepared the PSU for that also) get a better cooler as the 650D is more on the hot side of the Corsair cases and leaves you a ton of room for other kinds of upgrades

wow im just like nmunro and im looking for pretty much everything he was looking for and my budget is around 2,000 dollars(maybe more?) so i was wondering if i could get what you offered him but maybe a little more better newer faster parts or better processor or graphic card or something like that? and also if i wanted the best of everything thats were talking about right now? can you make a list like you did and lemme know how much would it be and how could i make or purchase a machine like that? an i live in new york city.... thanks so much
