Is the Xeon E3 better than i5/7?? I don't think I'll overclock as I really don't know how to... so will I loss something in this gig 4cloud?

A Xeon E3 is actually a really good choice if you don't ever want to OC and you don't need the iGPU of an i5 or an i7 processor. While they aren't branded as "gaming" processors, they are still great for gaming.
