Hi all,

I've been asking a lot of questions recently, thanks for all of the help! The answers you've provided have definitely helped me decide what I want, now it's time to build the PC!

Approximate Purchase Date: If I order online, tomorrow or the next day (1/24-1/25). If a part is from Microcenter, Thursday (1/25)

Budget Range: $1,500. Can go up a few dollars if it'll make a drastic difference

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming on a 3440x1440 monitor while browsing facebook/youtube on a 1080p monitor (Note, this monitor may be upgraded to 1440p later). Also, light streaming / youtube video creating.

Are you buying a monitor: I will be buying a x34 Predator, but this is not included in the budget.

Parts to Upgrade: Everything except monitor, mouse, and keyboard. Also, I've heard about installing windows 10 for free and losing some customization..i'd like to do this if possible! Also, do I need a DVD drive? I haven't seen one on other builds i've been browsing.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes, but as stated above I'd like to take advantage of the free version of windows 10. If not, I suppose I'm paying for it!
Edit: I do own a copy of Windows 7 if that helps me get Windows 10 in any way

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I *Highly* Prefer buying at Microcenter (New York, Westbury/Hicksville location). I've signed up for the 12 months payment plan with them, so I would really like to stick with them. It's also local so if something breaks it would be much easier to return it. However, if there is a drastic price difference between Microcenter and some website, I don't mind buying online. I'd prefer Microcenter even if a part is a few bucks more. However, if there would be substantial savings online, I'd go with that route.

Location: Northport 11731, New York, USA

Parts Preferences: None other than taking advantage of G-sync. I'd also prefer a white case, but realistically it doesn't matter.

Overclocking: Maybe. I will definitely be overclocking the x34 predator. I'd rather not overclock the GPU/CPU..but if you highly recommend it then I'll budge.

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 3440x1440 on one monitor and 1080p on another monitor. This secondary monitor will be switched out for a 16:9 1440 monitor in a few months though.

Additional Comments: I play an assortment of games. Anything from AAA games to browser based games to older MMORPGs like WoW. I don't have any other comments!

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Old CPU can barely handle hearthstone :(

Thank you all for the help, I can't wait to build this!

That's super helpful, thank you. But what's a blower-style GPU?
