1551 Skylake Cpu Cooler

Hi everyone. I'm planning to buy Intel Skylake i5 6500 and i need a cooler for it.
I am not planning to overuse it so something around 30$ whould be nice. I know already Hyper Evo 212...if you have something else in mind, please tell me
