$159.99 for Sapphire Radeon 7870, is it worth it?

I'm building a PC for gaming, and I saw this card on sale for $40 off, and I wondered if it was worth it to buy it now or wait for Black Friday/Christmas deals on other cards? I'm going to be getting the AMD FX-6300 for my processor, and 8GB of ram. At normal settings definitely. It's hard to say what price drops will be like, but there is always a chance for awesome deals.
For a very similar price, however, you can pick up a 7950 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202026&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= which can run those games on High settings.

Yeah, that's worht it. I spent about $160 on my 7850, so getting a higher end card for the same price?

Yeah. And you should probably be able to play Far Cry 3 on high settings at 1080p. I play it on medium, as high was causing me the occasional bothersome frame hiccup.
