I'm looking for some Greek Hoplite figures to man a 1/72 scale Trireme
model. I know 20mm would probably be a better scale fit but I haven't
been happy with the 20mm I've seen so far and would be open to using
15mm instead. TIA

Mark:
Some of the larger ranges which measure 18 mm might work for you as well as a
20 mm figure. You might want to look at Old Glory as well as Essex miniatures.
I used to collect Minifigs in the eighties. Perhaps they have redone their
range as well.

Have you looked at Zvedza's hoplites? I would probably not recommend
old Atlantic Greeks (though they would work for the movie Troy) or HaT's
greeks (pretty plain). I think Orion makes rowers too. 1/72 is pretty
close to 20mm, but 15mm may look too small. 1/72 figures are typically
20-25mm tall.

We redid the molds with the same figures. Yes, they are available with their
nemisis the Persians. In 15mm.
