16-bit/32-bit programs in Windows 7

Hello,
How can I run 16-bit & 32-bit programs in Windows 7 -- It will not pull files from those programs. I purchased the lastest versions of those programs and they will NOT pull the training files either. I need help ASAP. Thanks.

If I remember it right, Windows 7 is not compatible with 16bit programs
