Sysem shows 16GB ram 7.97GB usable
Task manager shows 8GB RAM Hardware reserved
Maximum memory is unchecked in msconfig
Both sticks work alone
Same results in DIMM 2/4 and 1/3
I have tried resetting Windows
I cant seem to find any memory management options in Bios
I am not overclocking, reset Bios to default settings
I have browsed quite a few forums and can't seem to find a solution.
I would appreciate any insight the community could provide.

Try raising DRAM voltage + 0.05 and set CPU/NB voltage to 1.25 - If no joy let us know the model of the DRAM, what CPU cooler, any OC on the CPU

Yeah, no joy. For cooler I just have a fan. Here are my full RAM specs

Well somehow my old windows files got deleted.
Now it shows that i have 15gb available... so must have been something in the OS
