Is there any advantage of using 2 slots each 8GB ram vs one piece 16GB on laptop operating win 10?
If yes ,where to get 16 GB RAM in one piece?

2 sticks provide for dual channel mode which provides a performance increase, sligh but every bit counts, even on laptops 😉

Check with your laptop whether it can support 16gb sticks at all.
Every reputable memory maker has a page where you can choose RAM sticks based on your laptop make and model.

And about whether they exist - this guy sells one, so they do exist.
