16 to 20 in a few days

Hah. Got Glory from 16, where she was stuck forever - every time I played
her, I ran into problems and debt - to 20 in about five days of part time
playing. She's finally got some decent powers and buffs and is a blast
(heh, heh) to play.

Of course, right after she took the 20 token, she got jumped by an ambush
of about 6 20-21 Vahz, and made the mistake of using an awake too soon,
righ there under the big statue in Steel, and started off the level with
500 XP and 2400 debt.

*Sigh*.

How true. Except ... sometimes you run into a task force that is totally
disorganized, engages several groups of enemies and can't defeat any of
them. Everyone is wiped out. Everyone gets back to the mission, and the
gasbrain who aggroed everything does it AGAIN. Everyone is wiped out,
whereupon the taskforce is unceremoniously dissolved and you're dumped at
the pavement outside (patrolled by aberrant rectors, in the case of the
16-21 taskforce) with a fat debt.

Luckily we learn to recognize these after a while. ^_^
