1600*900 & 1600*1200 DIFFERENT FPS???

If i run 1600*900&1600*1200 in a same system in same graphics (everything equal) then these two produce different fps? What do you think?

Yes. 1600x900 is a lower resolution and thus will produce slightly higher fps since it is less taxing on your system.

The lower resolution will speed up your fps but it will not look as sharp as the higher resolution. That and the higher res gives you more screen "real-estate".

Duh? There are less pixels to render at 1600x900, so it should provide more FPS. Its close to 1600x1200 so it won't be radically faster, but it should be slightly faster.

I'd be careful to claim "sharper" cobra. 1600x900 is the new 16:9 resolution while 1600x1200 is an older 4:3. The new 16:9 screen might look a lot better then an old 4:3 monitor.

1600x1200 has 33.3% more pixels than 1600x900. The difference in performance should be similar.

If u have a powerful video card u will not notice the difference and a cpu which is bottlenecking.btw which card u use.
