Looks pretty good, chances are you won't need that sound card though, onboard sound is very good these days. Try onboard sound first before you buy that sound card, if it turns out onboard isn't good enough for you, it takes 30secs to add a sound card.

You might go with a cheaper MB too (but if you want 12gb of ram in the future stick with the P6T

i'd save my money and not buy the sound card as well. they are mostly over rated and unnecessary and you are getting a 5.1 speaker system (i like that one) and a 7.1 sound card anyways. otherwise, very nice build.

Nice choices. If you're looking to trim the cost a bit start out with 1 HDD (WD 640GB).

And the big case is more than you actually need. You can spend less than 50% there and still get a great case. CM RC-690 $60

You overshot your target resolution with a 1920x1200 monitor. Look at the ASUS VW246H HDMI Widescreen 1920x1080 LCD Monitor $270

About ~$260 savings with no change in overall performance.
