[SOLVED] 1600AF vs 3100 for 1080p Video Editing?

Hi all,

Title says it all, I am building a 1080p video editing PC for my friend and within his budget, these are the two options I've found.

Are the extra 2 cores from the 1600 AF better than Zen 2?

I would say the extra cores would be better, in your case. The R3 3100's latency I think gets in the way.
