1600mhz 9-9-9-24 or 1866 10-10-10-28?

I have an i5-3570k overclocked @ 4.3ghz. My motherboard is Asrock pro3 z77.

I am well aware of how minimal benefit I can get from overclocking ram.

Just out of curiosity.

With this kind of setup.

I was wondering which is faster?

I have this as my RAM http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=355. It's rated at 9-9-9-24.
