[SOLVED] 165 Hz refresh rate is the only option

So I recently got a Lenovo Legion 5 laptop which offers 165hz. That's all great and all but primarily I would like to keep it set to 60hz to save battery life. I have an Nvidia RTX 3060 and the integrated graphics is an AMD. So the problem is when I go to adjust the display refresh rate(

) the only option that shows up is 165hz. I recently just updated Windows, Lenovo and etc.

Idk why I didn't think of that but sadly I'm getting the same problem.

Maybe Lenovo Vantage has a setting available, that can help you? I have a lenovo legion laptop, myself, but mine has a 60hz panel.

I couldn't find anything in Lenovo Vantage software to change anything regarding the refresh rate. This isn't a deal breaker for me, if I really need to I'll just clone this SSD as a backup and try to install windows 10 or 11 and try again. Thanks for reaching out to me!
