[SOLVED] 1650 super against ssd - can I move?

I just installed my new 1650 super and the fan is right against the ssd. Will this matter and if so can I move the ssd to this other slot?

What specific motherboard and what specific SSD?

That slot on the left is PCI, not PCIe.

Idk its a z230 - the slots are both pcie I believe according to this: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03919165 The one of the left is 2x4 and the one its currently in is 2x16

What do you mean? the controller adapter is a ms-4365 hp with a 256 ssd.

Okay I'm a noob to this - is it as simple as just moving the card? My entire os and stuff is on there

Yes, just move it.
Obviously with power OFF.

But...it seems that this is the only copy of whatever data you have.
You really need to think about some other storage, and backing up your stuff.
