im looking for a cheap under 160$ graphics card to pair it with my ryzen 2600 (actually with a gtx 960) the 1650 and the rx 580 4gb is 140$, the 1060 6gb is 150$ and the 1650 super is 160$, im not sure if i should wait for the rtx 30 series starts selling and the prices drops more than that and get a 1660 super if it comes under 165$ or getting a normal 1660.

Solution
RTX 3000 series are having a staggered release and we probably won't see a card comparable to the 1650/1660 series until 2021, so don't count on any price drops.

Out of the four you mentioned, the GTX 1650 super is the easy choice:

  1. The base 1650 is significantly slower for almost the same price.
  2. The RX 580 is notoriously hot and power hungry
  3. The 1060 is popular, but is definitely falling behind in newer titles due to its last-gen architecture, oftentimes performing worse than the RX 580.

If you can, ideally you'd get the 1660 super, but otherwise get the 1650 super.
