[SOLVED] 1650super and ps5 vr headset for Alyx?

I am about to receive my 1650 super which I'm putting into a z230 workstation. I want to play the new half life game but don't want to buy a headset now that won't be compatible with ps5 in the future. Is there one or will I have to wait a year till the ps5 vr comes out or will that not be compatible with pc?

I don't think headsets are cross-platform capable. They're either PC based, Console Based, Stand-alone, etc... If you want a PS5 Headset, you will need to wait until they're released with the PS5.
