[SOLVED] 165hz monitor only showing 164hz in settings

This is bothering my so much please help.
model is Asus VG248QG.
It was showing 165hz a moment ago and now is 164.

Refresh rates aren't exact, and Windows truncates the number instead of rounding, so if it is at 164.999 Hz then Windows will show 164.
